New Cepas Viejas, new technology, knowledge and passion for the wine is the presentation card of Dominio de Tares. Far away from foreigner varieties and focusing our efforts in the native Mencía and Godello varieties, we have brought out surprising wines because of their equilibrium and elegance; wines that cradled in noble woods fulfil our satisfaction.

The tendering of an ancient vineyard, with vines rooted in the heart of the Bierzo; the manual harvest, cluster by cluster; and the time passing by the juice sleeping in French and American barrels, confer our wines with unique traits in the Spanish wine panorama. Our working philosophy, concentrating in the continuous effort to become better; and the commitment to our clients and consumers sums up the soul of this winery, founded in the year 2000.
